Basic change over clean is included in the price, but the property should be left as found, with the management reserving the right to charge for extra cleaning if the property is left in an unacceptable state.
There will be an additional charge for electricity during the winter months depending on consumption.
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking (reservation confirmed on receipt of funds). Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Security Deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded after any utilities or breakages have been deducted.
